All vehicle rentals include a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when you collect your vehicle. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your responsibilities for that rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of the Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. This includes racing, off-roading, or other dangerous driving practices. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. The vehicle cannot be sub-leased or operated by unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Ensure that the vehicle is used only for its intended purposes and within the designated passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Linlithgow will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business that may arise from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the rental in the last 12 months.
